This role involves the comprehensive management of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging data to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. The manager will oversee all data collection and analysis related to quality measures, infection control, and value-based purchasing, translating complex data into actionable strategies. By collaborating with operational leaders and clinical teams, this individual will optimize clinical information systems, guide survey readiness, and ensure the highest standards of patient care and documentation integrity.
